Yes! Sandy wants ANYONE that is excited to do this to have a chance. Once you have paid your $150 deposit, you will be contacted to make your final payment or set up a payment plan. We are happy to break your payments up to make this more financially feasible.
I HAVE BOOKED MY SESSION NOW WHAT?
Sandy will personally contact you about two to three weeks before your session to discuss location, concepts, clothing, and details. After you book your session, you will be provided with Sandy's email address and personal phone number in the email confirmation. Please send Sandy a text to say hello so she can add you to her contact list. You are welcome to text or email at any time with questions. Keep in mind that when she is out of the country, she sometimes does not receive texts, so please follow up with an email if you do not get a response within seven days.
WHERE SHOULD MY SESSION BE?
We want this session to be something that is special to you. It can be a cityscape, favorite family hangout, historic or modern building, or whatever your heart desires. More than anything, we want the final portrait to be meaningful to you, so please select a location that will represent the look you want to achieve.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
We strongly encourage you to create a Pinterest board of clothing that you like as well as styles of photography that appeal to you. It is helpful for Sandy to get an idea of the look you are going for. From contemporary, casual, formal, or lifestyle, Sandy will review the looks you present and create a plan to make your session as unique as you are. Need help? You will be provided with Sandy's cell number, and feel free to text any questions or ideas. Sandy loves helping her clients design the perfect session.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY SESSION, IT IS MORE THAN 14 BUSINESS DAYS AWAY. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Registration cancellations made more than 90 to 61 days prior to the session date may qualify for a full refund of any amounts paid, less a deposit fee of $150. Cancellations made less than 60 but more than 31 business days prior to the event, may qualify for a 50% refund, less the deposit. No refunds will be given for any cancellations made 30 or fewer business days of the event date. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing and can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com. All refunds will be issued by check only within 60 business days of cancellation.
MY CITY IS SOLD OUT, CAN I BE PUT ON A WAITLIST FOR MY CITY?
These sessions are limited to one to three per state. Once a state is sold out, it will be marked as such. If you are interested in being on a waitlist please contact Sandy@sandypuc.com. Please include the state and desired date in your correspondence.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY FOR ME TO REGISTER FOR A SESSION?
The best way to guarantee a session is to register online. Click the state you are interested in and the time that works best for you. All session times are subject to change based on the sun, weather, and location.
CAN I ARRIVE LATE FOR A SESSION?
Your session time is two hours. We ask that attendees be no more than 30 minutes late, however, it is best to arrive on time to maximize location and pose options.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE IN THE SESSION?
This session can be either an individual family or an extended family. Keep in mind that you have a two-hour window, so please be dressed and on time to maximize the opportunities.
I BOUGHT THE BASIC PACKAGE, BUT I WOULD LIKE MORE
All sessions are booked at the basic price point. Once you have booked, you will be contacted to discuss other packages, legacy videos options, and payment plans. Packages that are ordered after the session is completed are more expensive, so please review the pricing and package that will work best for you.
HOW DO I BOOK A LEGACY VIDEO?
A Legacy video can be included as an add-on but must be booked before your session date so the team can have the gear prepared. Once you book, you will be provided with a list of questions that we will ask during filming and with details on how the video is captured.
I WOULD LOVE TO DO DINNER WITH THE CREW AFTER THE SESSION.
We would love that too! But, oftentimes we have to head out to the next state in order to be there for the following morning's session. We love spending time with our friends and clients on the road. We love trying new food, visiting your homes, and getting to know you better. Please let us know in advance if you want to break bread together!
