Contact by email is encouraged as your refund will be based on the date your email is sent. Registration cancellations made more than 91 days prior to the event may qualify for a full refund of any amounts paid, less a processing fee of $15.00. Cancellations 90 to 61 days prior to the event may qualify for a full refund of any amounts paid, less a processing fee of $50.00. Cancellations made less than 60 but more than 31 business days prior to the event may qualify for a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for any cancellations made 30 or less business days of the event date. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing, and can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. All refunds will be issued by check only within 60 business days of cancellation.
Please print your receipt in place of your ticket to show at the tour registration desk at the seminar.
Yes, if for some reason you are unable to attend the seminar but cannot get a refund, please email us requesting any special offers and if one was provided it will be sent to you.
Sorry, but we are unable to administer a wait list. Our best recommendation is to visit this site regularly to check for ticket availability.
Discount codes may only be applied when the ticket is purchased. We cannot refund a discount amount after tickets have been purchased.
The best way to guarantee a seat is to register online. Click the title of the show you wish to attend, and select your city to purchase tickets.
Please bring your emailed confirmation to show the registration desk. If you don’t have your confirmation, you can give your name to the people at the registration table and they will verify you are on the registration list.
We ask that attendees be no more than 30 minutes late to avoid missing important information. Many times, when attendees arrive late, they ask questions that were actually addressed earlier in the seminar and keep the instructor from being able to cover newer material due to backtracking.
Yes, just have them check in at the registration table with the printed confirmation of the original attendee. If they do not have the printed confirmation, they may be required to purchase a ticket as we are unable to confirm your approval for them to take your seat.
Anyone attending the event will need to have purchased a ticket, including staff or other members from your studio and/or family members. We discourage bringing your children to the event, as it can be disruptive to the other attendees if the child is making noise or the parent has to keep leaving the seminar.
We recommend arriving up to 30 minutes before the program/seminar begins so that you have time to check in, and get settled.
Please check either the website where you purchased your ticket to find your date and location. If your location says "TBA," we will post the name and address of the venue online prior to the tour date.
Sandy Puc' Tours does not validate parking.
You are welcome to bring your camera, but video and audio recording is not allowed. We do ask that you NOT photograph while Sandy is photographing models, as your flash affects her lights.
Every attempt is made to offer at least one break during the seminar. However, Sandy Puc' Tours does not provide food or beverages.
For demonstration purposes, when Sandy has models available she will be photographing them. She does her best to have a live model for each seminar stop.
We encourage you to contact the seminar venue if you have additional questions. If food is allowed, we suggest you bring your own food and beverages as Sandy Puc’ Tour does not provide these. As a courtesy to others during the seminar/show, please consider using your breaks to enjoy your food and/or beverage.
Yes, Please be aware that online prices may not reflect the order form and deeply discounted prices presented at the show. To receive those discounted prices you must order at the live presentation.
Tour products are offered at a deeply discounted price on the day of the seminar.
